Managing Director, comms strategist, writer + creative director.

Greer has more than two decades experience working in media and public relations, including a mandatory stint as a journalist at the ABC (Brisbane). A strategist, Greer is skilled at seeing a project through from conception to delivery and possesses considerable business acumen, creative vision and focus.

She never loses sight of the overall objective when it comes to producing written or visual materials whether it be for internal or external communication purposes.

Frank is one of those rare designers who can balance business values with original, creative graphic design and finished artwork. Whether you’re creating a logo, building a brand or developing publications to match your corporate image, Frank believes that taking the time to get to know the client and understand their business, is the key to developing intuitive solutions with tangible results.

As a senior designer who has worked in the industry for the past 20 years, there are few design challenges Frank hasn’t already faced. Frank works well both on a collaborative and a directive level. He is very personable and can guide you to the design that fits best. Having worked with Forward Communications’ bluechip clients, Frank is unfazed when it comes to quickly adapting to even the most complex and strictest style guides.

Graphic Designer + Brand Creator

Evangeline’s graphic design skills have been finely honed after several years working in both the corporate world and fashion industry. During these in-house years, Evangeline worked with iconic Aussie brand Billabong where she had the satisfaction of bringing many exciting campaigns to life. Being highly visual, Evangeline is able to quickly reflect client brand values and create cohesive campaigns that are strategic, practical and implementable. She enjoys crafting unique brands by blending colourful palettes with hand-painted details and modern graphics to create an imprint that connects her clients with their customers. It’s the meeting of human touch and technology that inspires Evangeline the most. Highly skilled in the full Adobe suite, MailChimp, Squarespace, but also a fan of many Apps, Evangeline is as much of a problem-solver as she is a creator. When Evangeline isn’t designing, you can find her at the beach, running, busting out yoga moves, playing with other people’s puppies (and dreaming about getting her own), drawing, watching 90’s TV shows, sewing, painting or anything that invites her creative juices to flow.

Humans are Lee’s favourite subject to shoot. Lee has an innate ability to make her subjects feel instantly at-ease, which is why she’s able to capture people at their best.From corporate headshots, to high-end fashion shoots and beautiful weddings, Lee’s experience is vast. Perhaps one of her greatest qualities is her never-ending “sense of wonder”.Lee is genuinely amazed by the world and the people who inhabit it - a quality that shines bright from her behind her lens.

Beginning her photography career in Melbourne more than 20 years ago, Lee was first trained in film, and while she now favours the latest digital technology, her “old school” foundation gives her craft an edge.

Renowned hair + makeup artist + stylist

A highly accomplished stylist, hairdresser and makeup artist, Bec has done hair, makeup and styling for high profile media identities and celebrities, as well as business identities. She enjoys making her clients feel and look great by making use of existing wardrobe pieces and highlighting their best features. Bec keeps her makeup kit vegan and cruelty-free and always stays up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.

She’s regularly commissioned by Pacific Fair to style runway shoots and act as a personal stylist for special events. Bec also teaches at the Huxley School of Hair and Make-up.

Phyllis is an accomplished writer who earned her stripes during a successful career as a print journalist at Fairfax Media and Readers Digest. As a journalist, she can turn her hand to any style of writing on any topic for any industry. Her attention to detail ensures each piece of copy she produces is well researched, credible and accurate, while her love of storytelling enables her to identify angles that talk to her readers. During her career, Phyllis has mentored several junior and mid-level journalists, who have appreciated her profound skills and knowledge within the media and communications landscape. She particularly enjoys writing case studies, thought leadership articles, people and company profiles, media releases, blogs, scripts, and web content, as well as self-improvement, home improvement and personal finance articles. With each project, Phyllis brings her innate kindness, deep expertise and solid work ethic.

Journalist + copywriter

Helen’s journalism career began when she got a job as a copy person at News Ltd in 1999 and spent a year answering to “Copy!”, delivering mail, answering phones, and doing the coffee run. After securing a cadetship with the national broadsheet The Australian, Helen worked for the next 10 years on various roles including general reporter, medical reporter, print sub-editor and digital producer, writing countless news stories, medical stories, features, profiles and headlines. When her first baby was born, Helen quit to become a freelancer, and since then she’s written and edited copy for every kind of organisation: from large corporations to small businesses and non-profits. Working in a newsroom for 10 years gave Helen a nose for news, the ability to cut through to the heart of a story, fast-yet-accurate writing and editing skills, a love of shorthand and a mortal fear of missing a deadline. When not working, Helen will be found at the local dog park trying to wear out her unstoppable Australian kelpie, at home baking with her two kids, and spotting typos for fun.

Illustration, web design + creative branding

True to her namesake, Story is a natural-born storyteller. She’s a is a creative generalist who uses her artistic arsenal – which includes illustration, animation, graphic design, photography, music and web development – to bring clients' stories to life. Proficient in Squarespace, the full Adobe Suite, and MailChimp, Story is a highly adaptive digital marketing strategist. A bright spark and a lateral thinker, Story graduated with Academic Excellence with a Bachelor of Animation from the Queensland College of Arts, Griffith University. On weekends, Story moonlights as a wedding harpist. But there’s also a story behind Story herself…she was named after Story Musgrave, an astronaut who has logged more spacewalking hours than any other human. And guess what? She actually got to meet him in person, which she credits as a major geek-out life highlight.
