One of the most successful freelance programs Forward Communications led was running a sustained nation-wide regional and rural media program for a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand. The program involved interviewing farmer shareholders to develop content that was then shared through media and e-newsletters. Within the first year of contracting Forward Communications, media exposure increased by 67 per cent. The campaign culminated in an offer by National Foods A$5.65 per share in cash, which was a multiple of 12.8 times fiscal 2008 earnings.
